Dix Sourdough XXL

A 20 year old sourdough based on wheat flour with a uniquely named preserving jar to store your sourdough in. You will also receive all the components to make your dough and bread. You will not even need a scale or artificial yeast anymore!   

This package consists of:  

• Sustainable preserving jar with bamboo lid with your unique sourdough name  
• Super strong 20 year old sourdough, enough to make your mother sourdough and starter (150ml)  
• A spatula  
• Bread pan (diameter 22cm, 15cm high including lid)  
• Wheat flour to feed your sourdough  
• Flour to bake your first 2 loaves (1x white and 1x brown)
• Organic cotton rice cloth
