In addition to our wheat flour-based sourdough, we also have a gluten-free version.

Our gluten-free sourdough is based on oat flour.

Oat flour provides a good, firm structure in gluten-free sourdough and has a neutral taste.

This sourdough starter is also over 20 years old and therefore very strong!

How to order gluten-free?

Living with a gluten intolerance is hard enough. That's why we don't discriminate in our packages, and you can simply choose a "regular" package and select the "gluten-free" option. You'll then receive a sourdough starter made with sorghum flour and a white or brown gluten-free starter. Dix Mix which, in addition to the different types of flour, also contains psyllium fibres that ensure a nice result.
