A 20 year old sourdough based on wheat flour with a handy preserving jar with a unique name to store your sourdough in. You will also receive a Dix Sourdough bread pan to bake your bread even easier! From now on, no more yeast is needed and you only have to add flour, water and salt yourself!  

This package consists of:  

• Sustainable preserving jar with bamboo lid with your unique sourdough name  
• Super strong 20 year old sourdough, enough to make your mother sourdough and starter (150ml)  
• A spatula  
• Bread pan (diameter 22cm, 19cm high)  
• Wheat flour to feed your sourdough  
• Flour to bake your first 2 loaves of bread 1x white and 1x brown
